First of all I am sorry if anyone has asked this question before but after searching this forum I still haven't found an answer to my question.

Basically I would like to know whether you can get a GAC at City Hall on Main Street in MK? I know you can get them from guest relations before you enter the park, but we have a breakfast booked at CP on our first morning and may not have time to get one before we go into MK. It would mean we have to leave the park after our breakfast just to get a GAC and then go back in again!!!!

We got ours last year inside Epcot at Guest Relations and from what I understand you get GAC's inside MK at City Hall. You will not have to leave the park after your breakfast.

Yes, you can get it at Guest Relations at City Hall. That is where we have always got ours in the past. Have Fun!!

We go the first minute we can to the guest relations outside of the park at MK. It is to the right. We get our pass the nite we arrive so we are ready in the morning to have the magic begin.

Most people get them at Guest Relations inside the park, not Guest Relations outside.
You can request one at any Guest Relations site. If you are coming into Epcot from the International Gateway (the back entrance from the Epcot resorts where you enter at WS), there is sometimes not a Guest Relations CM at the ticket booth (you can tell by their clothing- the Guest Relations people are wearing red and blue plaid vests).
