Guest Assistance Card

We are travelling with a sight-impaired relative. Since we will be going to MGM Studios first this year (for Star Wars Weekends), can somebody please tell me where in Disney Studios do we get the Guest Assistance Card?

Once you go through the turnstiles turn left and go to the Guest Relaitons Office.
