Guest Assistance Card for DL?

We have a daughter with special needs and at WDW she is able to get a Guest Assistance Card. Does anyone know if Disneyland has the same thing? thanks in advance.
 
Yes, they do, you pick it up at City Hall after explaining your dd's specific situation to the CM there.
