I've gone to work before with one navy pump and one black.

I've done that before. I've also worn a pink shirt instead of a red one, and it didn't match the dress I was wearing it with. Those colors look the same at 5:30 in the morning.

I've done that before! I throw my gyn shoes in pile. I had on two different shoes that looked nothing alike! Thankfully I noticed the difference as I walked around the house, before I left for the gym.

Growing up, we had to keep tabs on my brother. He is profoundly color blind, and had 4 or 5 pair of the same sneaker in different colors (Converse Chuck Taylors). I cannot tell you how many times he came down stairs in 2 different colors. When I was feeling nice, I would tell him, when I was being a rotten big sister, I would let him go to school that way.
