Guess who completed the 100 Day Cheat Free Challenge?

I did! I am just so proud. I hope I don't sound like I am bragging too much but this is such an accomplishment for me.

I have a long way to go to get to my goal but I feel completing this challenge lays a nice foundation for whatever the future will hold for me regarding various eating challenges that I will face. It hasn't always been easy and I admit when I started out I never thought I would get to the end of this challenge. I know I can't rest on my laurels either. I'm just at the beginning of this journey and as I look at the long winding road ahead of me, I want to concentrate on this journey and let the destination take care of itself. I'll meet up with it soon enough.

Anyway, I wanted to share with my WISH friends because of the support and encouragement I get from coming here everyday. You all are so inspiring with your successes and even when we have down days, there is always someone there to tell you that you can do it and you find yourself pulling through to get to the other side of your negative feelings.
