Chad woke me up this morning to let me know that he was able to arrange for us to stay on another night !! Whoo hoo We were able to get the golf cart for one more day too. And it worked out because we had extra DDP meals to be used by midnight tonight. I think it was meant to be

I don't want to think about how much driving we will be doing this weekend since we have to be back to Michigan Sunday night !!

We are just going to enjoy being at the fort one more day !!

WOOO HOOO!! An extra day!!! I was just going ask you if you were still there!! This will probably be the beginning of many 'extra days'! I finally told my husband to just start adding that extra day of vacation on his leave request without telling me because extra days became the norm!!

Do you know about the Disney outlet store that's not too far from the fort? It's a couple miles away, you go out the back entrance that's down from Downtown Disney.

I was quite impressed....since I made ALL of the arrangements for this trip, as I usually do. And he did this all by himself. I can't tell who is enjoying it here more....us or the kids, lol Well, I am going to put away the laptop and go play (and maybe find that outlet store)

congrats! That's the way it starts. A 5 night stay turns into a 6 night stay. A 6 night stay turns into a week. It took me a while, but I have now worked my way up to an 8 week stay in the summer . Enjoy your extra day!

So I've heard. I am worried about my flowers and trees. Everything was budding and starting to bloom the day before we left when we had those record highs. I have no idea what I am going to go back to now !! I wish I didn't have to....but Chad has to go back to work so he can pay for our next trip, lol
