We were at Epcot this year during the Food and Wine Festival. We were last year as well, but wasn't familiar with the system. But this year, this is what we did for lunch. We got samples from the food booths all around world showcase. We didn't get every single sample from every single booth;but we did sample quite a bit and was very pleased with all samples. Now,I know what you are thinking.Didn't that cost you A LOT of money?Well yes and no.After adding up all of my receipts the total was around $50.00.That's not bad at all.Not to mention, when we were in the United Kingdom pavilion,we got 2 orders of fish and chips on our journey around the world. But the $50 did not include the fish and chips price.
The samples were extremely good.Everything is made to order,so all samples are fresh. All items vary from $2.00 to approx $4.50 each.Plus,we saved a ton of money by drinking water with the samples instead of buying drinks. We are non-drinkers,so we did not sample any wines.
If you and yours are at Epcot next year during the food and wine festival, consider what we did and try several samples from the booths. You won't be disappointed.

We're another family that loves, loves, loves eating our way around the world. I wish I had a bigger appetite, a few samples and I am done. It usually takes me at least 2 days to sample what I want. Can't wait for next year!!!

Everything is made to order,so all samples are fresh.
Well, unfortunately that is not true. (IME anyway) Yes, they are fresh, but I wouldn't say "made to order". To me, that means they put a kabob onto the grill (for example) and cook it fresh for me after I order it, but most items are already made and simply plated up for you after you order. In fact, many items aren't even cooked in or near the booth, they are cooked in the pavilions kitchens and brought out periodically and simply kept hot until ordered.

The food is all very good though, I agree with that, and we always eat our way around the world eating the samples at the booths. We rarely eat in the restaurants during F&W.

We went 3 times this year to the F&W fest, we loved it!!!

The flourless chocolate cake in Ireland...so good!!!

We did this a number of times, and we shared the samples, so that we could sample more, YUM it really was a fun thing to do.
