Guess what was stolen from our garage?

This is so strange. Someone opened the door to our two car garage, walked across it,then walked into our boat garage and stole....


A 3 gallon tank of gas we use to fill up the lawnmower

Left all the expensive fishing stuff alone.We live on a quiet dead end street.

Isn't that weird?

That is weird. My aunt's house was robbed a few years ago and they left all the valuable stuff, but took her quilting squares and some other craft things she had sitting out. I guess thieves are a strange bunch.

I'm thinking a kid with a four wheeler, but I haven't seen any lately-I think the kids with the 4 wheelers are grounded.

Strange, yes, and it happened to us when we first moved to Florida. They entered our open garage in broad daylight on a Sunday. As far as we know, that was the only thing they took.

It seems to be somebody that knows you if that is all they took. Maybe you weren't home and they will tell you that they had to borrow it and will replace it. I am really close to one of my neighbors and we do stuff like that all the time although I would call her cell phone and let her know and I would have it replaced before she got home or at least before she could miss it, but maybe they haven't gotten around to telling you yet! Also, I might be a little worried that somebody was going to start a fire with it and leave the gas can at the seen. I know it is a far stretch, but possible. You may want to notify the cops just in case.

I'm just curoius. What made you realize the gas can was gone? Are you sure it was done yesterday? I have to say, it does sound odd and I agree with others I think it was someone who knew it was there. Maybe you need to find out when the kids with the 4 wheelers are up for parole. They may be getting ready.

That gass sniffing thing is just creepy.

You might want to make a police report just to have a paper trail on this, who knows what could be done with the gasoline.
