People at my old office used to make them - they smell HORRIBLE when they're cooking. *bleh*

Yuck! DH bought these one time. The smell lingers in your microwave for weeks! Everytime you cook something in there the smell gets worse!

Okay, gotta ask...what IS a pork rind? I have mental images of people chewing on the large pig ear I used to buy my dog.

Pork rinds are the deep fried skin of a pig. They are not all that bad and for us low carb folks it is one way to get a crunchy snack.
