I think I need to go revisit Universal, where are those located? It isn't any of those .. it might be on or in one of those, however because I'm not sure where any of those are .. I do think its on one of those though.

Nope!
Its on a street near the Mummy. (Probably one of the three mentioned above, however I don't know where those are, lol)

Correct area .. not sure if its the old second hand rose store, however there is a name for that building currently.

second hand rose store closed down about maybe 6 years ago.
but it is that building i was guessing. not sure what is in it now or just a store front building now


many years ago they would sell the UO merch in there at a great discount.
i found lots of goodies in that store.

hmmmmmm... I would have to say regular because of my time down in IOA I have always had exspress and dont quite recall seeing that
