Guaranteed a room?

Hey Everyone,
I just booked a room on the 3/13/03 cruise and it said that I am guaranteed a category 11 stateroom or higher, but I don't have a confirmed stateroom. Are the rooms under this category usually pretty good or will be in the worst rooms on the ship? I would appreciate any advice!!

All of DCL's staterooms are larger than most other cruise lines. Cat 11 is a standard inside stateroom - which for a lot of people is fine, because many figure they aren't going to be spending much time in their room anyway. Cat 11's are on decks 5 & 6. Dave's web site www.dcltribute.com has a list of "noisy" staterooms, which you might want to take with you so that you can try and avoid one of those if it's offered.

The status you're in though means that you could be upgraded to another catagory when you check-in (there's also a chance that you won't be upgraded).
