Upgrades beyond your category i.e. upgrades for a verandah room when you've paid for an ocean view are not things that typically happen except for during the Covid restart.1. What category GTY cabin did you book? 9C OGT

4. Are you happy with your assignment or do you feel like you got a "leftover?" Not really. We were hoping for an upgrade as there are plenty of verandahs and concierge available. The room is directly under a restaurant, so we hope this cruise will be ok.

When people talk about upgrades, they mean things like going from an ocean view room to a family ocean view room or a standard inside room to a deluxe inside room. Please do not anticipate that you will ever be upgraded beyond your set view
