GRrrrrrr...Double point day???

So I have been saving my UP and Monsters Inc Blu Ray codes for today....I entered them as well as the Mickeys Magical Xmas DVD code. NONE DOUBLED....I got 125 for each blu ray and 100 for the regular....Has this happened to anyone else?? I should have gotten 700 points but only got 350.....I sent a message, lets see what happens.....

Same thing happened to me. I will send an email but not sure what good it will do, their customer service is lousy.

I think they forgot to change their program this morning, I tried it first thing in the morning, no double points. And I just entered another code on my other account, got double points. I too emailed them about the problem earlier, but I don't know if they will credit us back or not.

They will credit you, it happened to me the last time and they took care of it quickly.

They haven't changed the 5-point code yet either. The abcfamily website still says "Dec. 9 code is SLED".

There's a whole thread on the Budget Board about the 25 days and the bonus points day, and yes, this morning this happened to several people.
