I try to not complain....at least not here to you people :-), but I just got off the phone with DC because I'm trying to line up all my ducks for my WDW trip in November, and I remembered that I lost my DC card when my pocketbook was stolen earlier this year. Sooooooooo..I called DC and find out I have to pay $10 to get another card......that is just highway robbery!!!!!

I'm surprised they don't give you a replacement for nothing the first time you need one. They should for crying out loud.... your purse was stolen- it's not like you were careless.:rolleyes:
 
Is this the first time you've had it replaced? A new change in policy or an ill informed CM?

DH lost ours last year at Disneyland. When I called, they told me the first replacement was free. If we lost it again it would be a $10 charge. I received my new card (for free) about a week later.
 
not sure if it is a new policy or uninformed CM....but she went through all the steps of verifying my address, and such, and then said...that is $10, how will you be paying for that......guess I'll be calling back...
