Grrrrrr - I want the April hours!!

Anybody else waiting (patiently (!) ) for Disney to release the April hours??

We want to make some PS's and book Cirque and Discovery Cove but we don't want to do any of this until we are certain of the park times

Anyone have any ideas when they'll be released??

They generally post the hours about two months out. So, you probably won't see April hours until the first week in Feb. Sorry.

I had the same problem but just went ahead and made my PS's anyway. Especially Cindy's breakfast. You can always change most of them if you need to.

gosh, it just seems like the December hours came out so much earlier - we have never gone in April, always May - I don't know, maybe we are all just so cold and tired of winter we can't wait to visualize our Spring Break in Disney?!?!

at any rate, ds(12) and I are checking daily and hoping with everyone else.

I have not seen any Illuminations cruises to share posted for April - have I misssed the posts or do you think everyone is just holding off until the hours come out for the other parks????

we want to try a MK cruise this time but NEED THE HOURS!!!!

Richard - we are going to Discovery Cove on April 13!! Just thought it was cool to see that you will also be going in April!!!
But alas...don't know anything about the WDW park hours for April. We always go this Easter week and it seems over the years the park hours are all roughly the same for this time frame, so I just go ahead and make plans (PS's).

Last week a cm told me to check the website around Jan 22nd. The hours should be up shortly if she was correct.

If it makes you feel any better, we went in Nov 2001 and they couldnt even tell us the hours a week before our trip.

We will also be there in April! I have learned from the past few years that even though the hours are posted, they WILL change! Even the week before! I have made my ps's based on last years Easter schedule.
I would like to see them soon too!

From what I understand, they try to project the resort capacity and park hours. When capacity is up, they usually extend the hours somewhat during the Easter weeks (one before, one after). I think right after that they go back to more stable hours. So at the end of April I would assume (JMHO) that those hours should be pretty close to what will be posted.

We always plan or ps's with flexibility in mind ! Set them up for when you *think* something will be happening and then if things change, go with the flow!

Sharon - we haven't decided on an exact day for DC yet but we're tentively looking at booking it for the 18th April (one week after Easter Sunday) but that might change when the park hours are released!

I have been waiting patiently too. It is almst impossible to make PS and plan when you don't know the parade, shows and park schedule.

I made them with my pest educated guess. I hope it works.

I booked mine for April 18th...(yea!!! actually got one!!)....I did just as the illuminations thread told me..that I wanted to book an 8 pm specialty cruise..then told her I wanted to see illuminations...even tho I told her that I wanted an 8 pm cruise...she explained to me to make sure I check the illuminations schedule for that week and whatever time illuminations was, to show up 45 mins prior. So she said right now it should be at 9, so show up at 8:15. I don't know if this helps with you wanting to go ahead and schedule the cruise since it isn't by time itself really but more on the illuminations schedule. (This was my first time booking one so I hope the CM didn't misinform me!!!!)

We'll join this club. I also went ahead with all my PS's and Cirque tickets. I assume the hours from last year will be the same for this year. Hope I'm right!

Waiting here too! Booked PS at California Grill at 8:30 and the Magical Fireworks Voyage (from Contemporary) following dinner at Chef Mickey's. I'm guessing 7:45 for the Magical Fireworks Voyage so I made Chef Mickey's for 6:30......be glad when I see the schedule come out so I know for sure.

I've made all of our PS and was able to get an Illuminations Cruise for April 4. Now I need the park hours so than I can complete my planning.

Well I couldn't wait anymore so went ahead and booked some PS's along with Discovery Cove & The Polynesian Dinner Show.

Hopefully by next week we will all have the hours
