I'm sure FL is closing also for the film. The way film shoots go, who knows how long they will close things for.

Nope. The movie they are filming is Saving Mr. Banks. With Walt as the title character, there's no need to film in FL as he never set foot in WDW.

It's going to suck for those who aren't paying attention like we are, who get to MM and find that it's closed...

Here is a quote from the article:

"Crews will close sections of the park only during filming, and no area will be closed all day. Disney declined to say which parts would be closed. "We will be communicating that schedule to guests when they arrive on those days," Brown said."

I can't imagine them shutting down all of FL for 2 days. I could be wrong, but that just doesn't seem like something they would do. I would think it will be a major inconvenience, but would think you would get to see FL part of those days.

I think they meant Fantasyland and not Florida

Unfortunately we aren't really the people who care much about that.

Just thought you might at least be the people that tried to make the best out of a situation you have no control over.
