I was at my new job today talking with the super. about my Mickey light I want to make. He turned to me and ask "How Old Are You?" I replied 44 to whitch he answered "Isn't It About Time You Grew Up And Forgot About All This Disney And Mickey Mouse Crap?"
I guess it's just more proof that some people will never understand.:wizard:
Besides my DW wishes I was more like I was when I was younger. Carefree and easy going when I didn't let other peoples S**T bother me.
I think I am to grown up now:scared1:

This is to all of us who refuse to grow up :dance3: :grouphug: :cheer2: :santa: princess: :3dglasses :cloud9: Stay Young:thumbsup2

I had a Disney CD on the other day at work and a co-worker came in and asked if we were "at disney" today, and I said yes. She kind of rolled her eyes at me, but I could care less. Would you rather I listen to music about killing police or beating on my woman? If that's "growing up" I'll stay in Neverland, thank you very much :thumbsup2

I prefer to let Disney-Hater's remain Disney-Hater's. It's hard enough as it is to get a ressie at the Fort!!

His loss, in my opinion.

I always say they can make me grow old, but they can't make me grow up.

He's an idiot. pirate: and he's rude.

What an AZZ !

I'm only 7 in Disney years,,,
my wife says I'm more like 9 in Disney years.

I'd bet that super has a lousy marriage, no friends, and a dog that don't like him.

Honestly he isn't a bad person he is just a good old boy who believe kids should do kid things and adults should do adult things and there is a line that totaly seperates them.
He lost his inner child a long time ago:sad1:

I don't know what the actual numbers of so called grownups VS kids that go to WDW are, but from where I sit it doesn't look like it's mostly kids. I see a lot, I mean a lot, of people who are, as Frank says, at least 7 in Disney years. I'm almost 9 and I still get a big kick when I hear and see people of all ages enjoying WDW. I've always been a Disney fan even with it's short comings that are discussed here. I think I've achieved a fair amount in my life time and that I'm a serious person when I have to be, but getting enjoyment from Disney has not been a negative. If anything it's helped me stay a little younger than I would be otherwise. So up that guy's nose.

Most people who come to my house ask who are the kids that live here? I take that as a compliment.

My classroom is filled with looney tunes and disney. (it is a science classroom)

I could care less what people think.:laundy:

When he sait it I pulled up my sleeve and showed him my giant Mickey Mouse wrist watch:cool1:

I may get older every day at work. But I get younger every year at Disney. It seems when it comes to disney you get it or you don't. It's pretty cool at the plumbing company I work for more then half of us vacation in disney. But none of them understand how I camp at disney.

This is true unfortunately where I work they are all grown up and I am the only one who even goes to Disney.:sad1:
I wish I could find a local Disney support group:grouphug:

:)
At work, people come to me to ask Disney-related questions- the people in my department understand because they're Disney fans too. But my sister-in-law's department doesn't- they say "You're going to Disney again??? Don't you want to vacation somewhere else- doesn't it get old?"- You can clearly see they've never been to Disney when they ask those types of questions- they just don't understand!!!:cool1:
