Hi, we are bringing a group of teens to Disney and wanted them to have matching shirts with our organization logo and generic looking mickey ears signifing the year etc. Is this ok or frowned upon? Thanks!

Can't imagine why it would be frowned upon, unless the logo is offensive and/or vulgar. I would imagine it would be easier to keep track of your group especially if the shirts are all the same color and the color is bright/neon and easy to spot.

I've seen all kinds of groups wearing matching shirts...families, cheerleaders, touring groups etc.

Go to the Design board and request what you want on your shirts. They have an amazing talent on there and you will be surprised as to what the designers can and will do for you and they don't charge for anything:)

Thanks for the info! We are into the 1 month count down and so excited! :wave2:

The only frowns will be on the faces of your teen travelers...:rotfl2:

Check out etsy. I bought really cute tie dye Mickey shirts for a group before.

I think it's a great idea. Not only does it make it easier for you to find your group, but it will make it easier for the teens to find each other. Children are always tuned in to find their parents. But as you know teenagers, they wander, they drift, they get caught in the gift shop, or have their noses in their cell phones...and when they turn around...it's easy to find the group if they know what to look for. I've seen many groups at WDW wearing brightly colored T-shirts and the group leader with a flag. Sure it seems geeky to everyone else, but it's better than calling Security to report a lost soul.

I'm all for it because it let's me know that there is a group of kids/teens in a certain area and to head the other way. :rotfl:

CM's also like families/ groups in matching shirts because they can easily see how many are in your group.

I make my family wear matching shirts every time we go (once per park - so four shirts in a trip. The other days are freestyle.) They moan & groan but they all do it, and it does make for some great pictures!

We have a great little matching shirts thread going in the Disney for Families forum! Some great ideas are in it, and it may help you to know that there are plenty of us Disney Dorks out there, so don't worry!!!
