Group staying at the Fort for our wedding

We are getting married at Disney and will be staying most of our trip at the fort. It will be our camper and 3 other campers. How do we all get spots right beside each other?

Register for as a grand gathering. If everyone has the same level of site (Premium , Preferred ) I would send a fax about a week before you arrive with everyones info and request site close to one another.

Request a Grand Gathering when you book your stay.
1 person should do the booking for the entire group.
If you have already made your reservations, I would gather together everyone's confirmation numbers and then call back and add a note to the reservations.
And the usual disclaimer. It is only a request no guarantee.
If you are using a Disney Wedding Planner, they may be able to assist you with the arrangements.

As others said, you can attempt to link the ressies together by putting the other ressie numbers as a note on your ressie.

The most sure fire way to get sites together, although not the easiest, is to have one person reserve multiple sites for the same dates (requires leadership from somebody in your group). Everybody pays IN ADVANCE and this is best. If you have deadbeats in the group then their site should get dropped.

Linking ressie numbers does not work occasionally as we have heard sometimes on this board.

It shouldn't be you being the central ressie since you are getting married (congrats by the way).

They are discontinuing the Grand Gathering experiences as of January 28th, 2012. These are the additional cost dinners/shows etc that were offered to grand gathering participants. Grand Gatherings themselves will continue.
