Group Sales?

Word on the street is that annual passholders who aren't able to make it to the plastic-pass-switcheroo events can go to Group Sales to get their pass replaced.

So, um, where is Group Sales?

I have seen the sign group sales when I am entering the park

IOA Group Sales is located on the far left of the turnstiles. Based on the posts from the Facebook page I'd assume Guest Services isn't going to have the new stock for the annual passes so going there may be a waste of valuable time.

Ive seen the sign... I have seen it... it's somewhere... I've seen it. Is there one to the far right of US?

Thank you, all! I'm in the same boat... I know I've seen it somewhere, but I couldn't figure out exactly where... No dice when I searched the Uni website, and I even "walked around" in Google Street View and still couldn't locate it, LOL!

As for whether or not Group Sales will actually have the stock.... It seems like this is another case where the right hand isn't talking to the left. Methinks Universal needs to rethink how they use social media to communicate, because what they're doing now is ineffective at best... :-/

I'll be heading to Universal in a few weeks. If it hasn't been covered here already by then, I'll report back to let you know if I was able to make the switch!

Snoop they're not starting until June 3. I think during that June 3-19 pick up you have to go to the event. They make it sound like group sales won't even have them until after the 19th

It seems they may have actually been listening to the squeaky wheels (me included), because the email that just went out this afternoon says that the now plan to distribute them every day starting June 3.

Rumors I've heard is guests who purchase a new annual pass will start receiving the plastic pass on either May 31st or June 1st. So it's quite possible that on days where there isn't an event for pass holders they can pick them up at Group Sales, since the group sales office and the pass sales office are part of the same department.
