Group Rates?

I was wondering if anyone knew the best place to go to get a group rate. We are attempting a family trip next December, and there will be at least 15 of us. I have never gone with a large group before so I am not even sure if Disney or anyone for that matter offers a large group discount

Walt Disney World begins offering group rates when you can guarantee 10 or more rooms, 8 or more staterooms on a Disney Cruise.
