Can someone please post a dumb persons guide on how to take these excellent frames off here, save to your computer and then put our own pictures in them?

I have ulead scrapbook 2 and video studio 9.

I use Photo Impact, you right click and save the frame to your computer. In your program just layer the frame over your picture, you'll probably have to adjust the size of the frame or the picture to get them to match up. Most of the frames here are in gif format so the opening for the picture will be transparent, if not you'll have to erase it. Hope this helps.

help me out here i know how to copy these to my clipart file and eventually print, how do i make the white transparent? or how do insert a photo i have saved on my computer and incorporate the frame into the photo?

do i need one of those VERY expensive VERY confusing photo programs or what can i use that won't break the bank? do i just painfully cut out each design and then mount on the photo?

I use a Picture It. A very simple, user friendly software. All it takes is saving the picture and a frame on your computer. I then open Picture It and open the photo that I want to frame. Next I click on "add" and open up the frame. Then you just pull the frame over the picture and save. Very easy to use software.
