Wondering if anyone feels up to making a few frames for me.
My DD preschool is doing a few theme weeks this summer and I would love frames that go with the themes.

Frontierland Frenzy
California Adventure
Fantasyland Fever
Main Street Mainia
Adventures in Adventureland
Mickey's Toontown
Tomorrowland Travels

Her school is Vacaville Christian Schools (VCS) if you feel like adding that in (not required)

Thank you!

I haven't worked on frames in quite awhile since the thread has petered out, but I've attempted to respond to your request as best I can.

OPA!!!! WOW! You are FABULOUS!!!!

I hope to use these at the end of the summer program with DD prschool and all the fun they had during the summer. I can wait to print a page out for each kid in her class (only about 12 thank God). I am so excited!!!!!

I've spent days going through this thread the artwork is fabulous! I love all of the frames and as a scrapbooker I can't wait to use them. What I'm thinking is to print the frames and use them as autograph pages. What do you think? Is that an ok use from the artist's point of view? If so I would love to see some more frames for the usual chacters in the parks. Also when printing how would you go about trying to get them all the same size? Like two to a page?

Hope that isn't too confusing,

WOW! I have spent more than an hour (at work! ;) ) looking at these great designs! I sooooo love designing things and wish I had time to do it more often. Is there a certain thread where I can ask someone to make frame for me? I've been wracking my brain of what to do for my 5yo dd's Lilo & Stitch Luau (it's a pool party too...), for her birthday party. I usually do something digital, but am really struggling this year, mostly due to lack of time. (If I had ANY clue how to post pix here, I would show the invites I've made in the past... :sad2: ) Has anyone seen a great frame of Lilo/Stitch? I have the perfect photo of my dd with Lilo from WDW last year, and plan to use it, if I can just find a good design!

Thanks for any help! Your work is beautiful and very inspiring!! :)

Here's one I have . . .

Okay,so now for the real newbie in me. What do I do with these frames nw :rotfl2: I have adobe photoshop. Lets say I have a pix of my family and then the frame, which do I open up first and how do I get the family shot to show up behind the frame, kwim??

I have adobe photshop 6 if that makes any difference.

thanks again for the quick and cool designs and for any reply in advance
Marcy :)

Hi Marcy,
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner but my wife and I left for WDW this past Sunday and didn't get back until Friday.
To address your question:
Right click on the desired frame on the thread and save it to your hard drive. Remember where you saved it because you will be opening it up in Photoshop ( I use Photoshop elements, but there should be similarities). Open the frame up in Photoshop, and go to image, mode and make sure "RGB Color" is checked. Now open your picture in Photoshop. You may crop it if necessary. Now move the picture over the frame(by using the move tool and selecting all) and adjust it, using the handles, so that it is approximately over the opening. Then make the frame layer active and go to layer, arrange, send to front. The picture should now be behind the frame except for the part that shows through the opening. You may fine tune the picture, to center it, by making the picture layer active and moving the picture with the move tool.

Hope this clears things up, if not you can private message me, and I'll try again.

MORE....MORE....I WANT MORE!!! I have just spent the entire 2nd half of the day reading each post and looking at each frame in this post... Please share more links to your collection of photo enhancements OR post your newest designs here...HURRY...my Photopass CD should be here tomorrow. I would like to see more Nemo, Incredibles, Goofy, and I would LOVE to have one for First haircut at Harmony Barbershop, also one just for the barber shop (not first haircut), one for "eating our way around the world", some for multiple frames/pictures, one for the "talking trash can", Norway, Cinderella's Golden Carousel, Big Thunder Mtn Railroad, Port Orleans Riverside, Down Town Disney Fun, My first Trip, I would also like to see some of the old 2006 frames changed to 2007 and 2008....I know, I ask a lot...sorry, I am excited and you ALL do such nice work!!! I know that I could never come close to some of these wonderful pieces of art....pretty please, with "pixie dust" on top??? pixiedust: :flower3:

Many of the "artists" that have posted to this thread are no longer active. I have, from time to time, looked at the activity and would still like to continue developing frames. With some effort you could probably make your own frames. Nevertheless, I will try to accommodate you. I have put together a couple of frames for the Harmony Barber shop. As time permits I will try do do the rest that you have requested.

Oh....Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I have tried to mess around with photo shop pro and photoimpact several times, but always end up getting too frustrated...I am sure it is very easy, but I run a daycare full-time (60 hrs a week) and it seems like I can never get enough time to sit down and really get "down-to-the nitty-gritty"...I REALLY appreciate your efforts and artistic ability....the Harmony Barber shop frames are WONDERFUL!!

Photoshop should work perfectly. Most of us use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Photoshop Elements. Once you get the hang of it you can produce a frame like The Incredibles in about 10-15 minutes.

I did several frames in the earlier posts, if you need a date change on any of them let me know and I'll give it a shot.

THANK YOU!!! That is great...I will go back and take a look at your frames...it may take me a few days, but I will let you know through a PM or posting....again...thank you...I am going to try the other software that sourgrapes suggested and see if I have any luck with designing...wish me luck!! You will hear from me soon....
