Group planning

I've been to Disneyland several times, this time we may be going in a family group. Here are a few questions I have:

1. Where to stay with 10-12 people?
2. Is there group discounts?
3. Time frame, is it busy? (week after easter)
4. Any one ever rented a vacation rental (house or condo)?

Any help would be great!

The week after Easter may not be bad, but it depends on when schools have their time off. As for a hotel, there's lots of offsite hotels in walking distance. Group discount, call DL. They can help you with that as I know they have a groups dept...

What do you suggest for accomodations for 6 adults, 4 children on a budget?

I know that Desert Inn and Suites has a room that sleeps 10, but you can only have one vehicle per room. Another place that I have found is lemontree hotel. I have not stayed here, but it fits what you are looking for:
