Group Dining Plans For DAP?

Just wondering if there are plans to dine together at all during DAP? I'm going to start working on dining plans.

No not really, I think Brandie had a group going to Fultons for lunch on Friday. Then Todd has a group going to House of Blues Gospal Sunday brunch. That's all I have heard so far. I think that no one really wants to spend that much time at sit down meals. We have such limited amount of time on this trip.

To the best of my knowledge, two things. (At least that's what has made it to 'The Grid')

1) Lunch at Fulton's on Friday around noon.

2) Brunch at House of Blues on Sunday, first seating, 10:30ish.

Jen and I wanted to do lunch at Fultons...we decided to do that on Friday, shortly after we arrive...I've got a list of folks on my personal spreadsheet who have expressed interest in joining us.

I have little desire for table service for this trip...no time!! Not to mention...I'm trying to keep this as cheap as possible...

Based on the fact that few of the podcasters like mornings, we are hoping that the live recording will be later in the afternoon.

Exactly my thoughts...and if the live taping is at a Disney Property (doubtful we can all fit in the studio in Pete's house...) it would be very easy to find transportation to that location.

When a Disney Institute event was planned for Friday, the live taping was suppose to happen on Sunday. Since it was announced that the Friday DI event was highly doubtful, there was no mention that the live taping would take it's place. My guess is that is definately a possibility now that Friday is clear. Unless something else is being cooked up.

I'm still going to keep hoping they record the show "live" during the event. Even if they really have to record and post it later.

We would love to join people for meal times if we can.

We are hoping the taping is around noonish so we can see the entire thing as we have to be at the airport by 4ish.

If it is on Friday, well that would just be spankin fab!


We also thought that maybe a Cap May breakfast would be great as well (except Sunday AM)!

I have no idea right now. I was thinking the GF tea before DATW and Maybe Kona on Sat or Sun. Again not sure. I am trying to coordinate this with two sides of my family and one side of DH's family. Figures everyone is coming to visit the week of DAP.

I need to start thinking about dining. I would love to try the 'real' restaurant in mexico, narcoosees or kouzzina but if it doesn't get done this trip it's not like we won't be back at some point...
