group dining at Chef Mickey's??

Hi,

We will have a huge group of 27 people, (bring Youth Group) this summer and I would love to bring everyone to Chef Mickey's on our first day there to get everyone excited.

Does anyone know how I go about making a group reservation?? I still call 90 days out, right?? Is it a different phone number?? I thought I had read somewhere that it was easier to have three of us make a reservation for 9,9 and 9, than to try and make a group reservation for 27. Does anyone know?? I know I only have one shot at getting a reservation for that many, probably by 7:05 AM (at 90 days out) my chance will be over.

There is a seperate number for groups and for the life of me I can't find it. Anywhoo if you call dining they will transfer you over and with the magical gatherings theme I can't see why you should any problems doing the reservation yourself.

you will be transered to a special number for parties of 8 or more, Im not sure if its the magical gathering folks now or something different. But I'd probably get in touch with them anyway for help with your big big party.

Chef Mic's has tables of 4, so you're going to need 8 tables.

When I booked our large group (15) meals for June I called the WDW-DINE number and they transferred me to Group Dining--I wrote the phone number down but it is at home-sorry. If your group is larger than 13 and you want to be seated together then Group Dining is the way to go. You will be limited to the first or last seatings of the meal. Someone recommended to me to call and make separate PS's and then request to be seated together once we arrived for our PS but with a group of 27 that might be kinda hard to do
