Group camping

jwo1976, greetings from Hoover, AL. :wave2:

My first trip EVAH to the Fort was with the Scouts to the Creekside Meadow Group Campground at the Fort. Back in those days there was only the MK (we did 2 days) and I do remember doing the Chip & Dale Campfire singalong. Those memories triggered this enjoyment that I still endure today.

As to who to call, I don't know. It doesn't sound like it should go to the main ressie line. It doesn't sound like it would fit a Grand Gathering. And it doesn't sound like it fits with the current Disney Youth programs.

Best would be to call the Fort itself and have them direct you. I know some groups schedule a year ahead. Creekside Meadow has 4 areas with multiple grills, picnic tables, and space for lots of tents. There is also a separate bathhouse for it. And if Creekside is full, I've seen Cub Scout Packs take over nearly 20 campsites in the adjacent 2000 Tent loop and the same weekend saw some folks (more Cubs) in 1500. So even if Creekside is full they can work your group in places.

Good luck to you!
