Group Booking HELP!

Hi there! Trying to book for a party of 14 and called Disney Dining, she said we would have to call Via Napoli directly but gave me the wrong number. Can anyone help? Never made a group reservation before!

Okay well I tried Disney Dining again and sure enough, having a party of 14 plus a baby - they cannot accommodate us! They gave me the Via Napoli number again and STILL the 'mail bix is full!' AAArrgh!

Try calling again and instead of asking for dining, ask for "Grand Gatherings". I organized a trip for 12 last October and I made my dining reservations at the same time I was linking all of my rooms, etc. The same CM was able to do it all and it all worked out perfectly. It takes a while and it takes a lot for them to juggle seating plans, etc.
