Group ADR's?

I will be taking my high school softball team to Disneyworld next spring. We are starting to plan and raise money now. I teach and coach in a very low income area. I'll be bringing between 20 and 25 students. Being that only 3 of my players have ever even been to disneyworld and this will be a once in a lifetime thing for them, I'm trying to do things right. The night we check in, we want to do chef mickey's. How can I get reservations for a large group? Will I be able to get reservations any earlier than 180 days out?

I would call and talk to someone at Disney. I'm sure they have people who specifically deal with groups of varying sizes and would be able to help you out.

You will need to call the grand gatherings phone line, sorry I don't have the number. But it is here on the boards somewhere.
