Ground floor request gone from online check-in?

We are staying at POR later this month. I would prefer to have a ground floor room due to having a double stroller with us. However, I noticed that requesting a ground floor room is no longer an option in the online check-in process. I remember you used to be able to pick Corner room, highest floor, ground floor and maybe a few others and then there was once a box for additional information. Now it only lists highest floor and corner room. Should I call Disney and see if they can add my preference of a ground floor onto my reservation---would that matter and be taken into consideration when they do room assignments?

Definitely. Calling has always been the preferred method due to the options Online being broken, obsolete or not applicable.

I noticed most of the options have disappeared online. Definitely call to give your preferences. You can be more specific than the options online as well.
