On two different occasions, two different characters picked up my DGD and started to walk off with her in their arms - once when she was a few days shy of being 3 - and again just after she turned 7..

Do you think we should sue? I mean - maybe that has something to do with her having to have her tonsils out shortly after the first incident.. Ya know?

And during the second trip, she decided she didn't like any of the princesses' anymore - which very well could have been a direct result of Chip picking her up and walking away (while she was giggling hysterically)..

I don't know.. Two incidents of attempted kidnapping - and then all the "serious physical and emotional trauma" she has obviously suffered since then? Hmmm.. Did they list that attorney's name and number??

Please....... Obviously someone is seeing "deep pockets"..

Yep... groped, punched, kicked....

As a former Entertainment CM, I can say that a)99.9% of character performers that are Donald's height are women, b) yep, those gloves are so thick you can barely grip a pen. I never met anyone in Entertainment who got their kicks from touching guests. Those CMs are generally college program kids getting paid minimum wage and do the job because they love it and love to make magic for people.

I can't imagine this woman has much of a case, though.

I am guilty of such an offense. At Chef Mickey's, when Goofy came to my table, I hugged him, and my hand landed on his chest... and that's when I discovered Goofy wasn't a "him" under that costume. I quickly moved my hand, but you can see how embarrassed I was in the picture. I swear, I would've sucked my hand back up into my arm if I could've - that's how bad I felt. Goofy never broke character, though. I'm guessing I wasn't the first to accidentally cop a feel

As for this case... I hope this gets thrown out of court as quickly as possible. People are ridiculous!

I've also heard that a lot of the CMs in the costumes are women - so just because Donald is a guy duck - doesn't mean that the woman in the Donald costume would even want to "grope" another woman.

This was my first thought when I read the thread title!
