Groom's cake

I am thinking of surprising DF w/ a groom's cake at the rehearsal dinner. Has anyone done this? I would love to see pictures! Thanks

I'm thinking of doing the same thing. We're having our dinner at Ohana and I remember seeing pictures of a Mickey cake that someone else had ordered. I think it might have been FairyTaleBride (not sure of the exact name!)

I am going to order a Nightmare Before Christmas from disney to have at O'hana's. I think on the Dis for Families board there is a sticky of alot of cakes that disney has done for people and prices.

I'm deciding if I should do something Disney or if I should do something more about him... like a tiger paw b/c we both went to Clemson and are huge fans, or a cake made to look like our dog. I don't know... I'm just thinking of all the possibilities. I'm sure Disney can do anything!

Chris is a HUGE Jack fan, so that is why i'm doing that. I think it should be something he lovesssss.

I think surprising your DF with a groom's cake is very sweet! I say...go for it!

My husband just LOVES apple pie! So that's what he got!

It was on the dessert table at our reception...We also served pitchers of milk chilled on ice. So, with his apple pie, and a glass of milk...he was one happy boy!
