What about having the groceries delivered? That's what I'm doing. I've already placed my order at safeway.com and they will bring it the first night we are there.
This is actually a list on the disboards website. Food 4 Less is the closest grocery store to disneyland, we used to live in anaheim. It's really easy to get there also. Go to DL Planning at the top of this page then click on Anaheim area stores. It will bring up a list of grocery stores as well as retail stores in the area.
We were going to order, but I couldn't get my brain together and couldn't figure out what to order to get us to the free delivery level, but we just ended up taking a trip to Von's (aka Safeway). It's on Lincoln, fairly simple to find.

You can chose a window for delivery, either a 2 hour window or a 4 hour window (the delivery fee is less for the 4 hour, but they had a promo code for free delivery if it was your first order)
I think I remembered them listing that someone over 18 had to sign for delivery (or over 21 if your order includes alcohol)
I live in CA, and I know that when I've had groceries delivered to my apartment I had to be there to sign for them. You might want to call the hotel and ask if they can sign for you, but I have my doubts they would be able to do that, especially if you're going to get anything perishable. I've always ordered from Albertson's, which has been an extremely reliable service. They've always been there within the window that was quoted.
