Grocery Store Delivery

Does anyone have any suggestions or experience from the online grocery stores you can order from and have them delivered to your room? I am staying at Beach Club.

I read today on the DVC boards that someone used the gardengrocer.com site to order groceries. If I am not mistaken, they were staying at the BCV. Hope that helps--I think some of the resorts have grocery ordering forms, too-through Disney's grocery store, Goodies or Goodmans (the name escapes me now). We order groceries and make most of our meals in the room. We usually go to one or two character meals as a special treat for the kids.

Gooding's (www.goodings.com) is a private supermarket and isn't affiliated with Disney in any way that I know of. I used their delivery service and was very impressed. A lot of people on these boards had great experiences with gardengrocer as well as with www.wegoshop.com. Not that I think it matters, but Gooding's is an actual store, and the other two are delivery services that will shop for you anywhere you want them to.

You have to arrange any of these delivery services at least a few days before your trip. If you wait to try to arrange something once you're there, you won't receive the delivery on the same day.

None of the WDW resorts I've ever stayed at had "grocery ordering forms." Never heard of that one.

I used WeGoShop.com and was really pleased. We placed our order before we left for the World (staying at Saratoga Springs). The delivery was exactly on time, so there was no hanging around the hotel room waiting. They were very friendly and the price for the service was very reasonable.

I think the "grocery order forms" are for Disney Vacation Club resorts only. I know Saratoga Springs had one available, but it was really expensive. It was much cheaper to pay for the delivery service, which charged the cost of the groceries (which were "normal" prices) and a small delivery fee.

Does anyone know of a delivery service that delivers to a villa at Sunset Lakes?
