Grocery store delivery to WDW resort?

We are driving but there will be six of us in a minivan so luggage will take up a great deal of space. I'm really thinking about using this service, but I have some questions.

If you have not yet arrived, will they deliver to the desk and if so what about the items that need refrigeration(sp?)? Or do you have to be in your room when it is delivered?

Do you call to order or can you do it online? Can I place an order in advance? I'll probably go to the web site when I leave here and may answer my own questions - but I figure I better ask just in case!

just when you order with Garden Grocer watch your total. they admitted to me that they frequently overcharge people a few $$ (not on purpose though) I ended up xcling my order with them because all I wanted delivered was 2 cases of water and I found I was buying stuff I didn't need or want just to get to $40..then the $12 shipping plus tip. If you order I would order over the phone. I think the mistakes in the charges have been on orders done on-line.

I just ordered from Gardengrocer a few days ago for our April Vacation Trip and they actually did overcharge me for my order - but I caught it. My total was around $159.00. I paid through Pay Pal and ended up being charged around $170.00. I contacted them thru email about the mistake and they called me right away at home to tell me they were sorry for the error and gave me a credit ASAP! It was a little strange but it wouldn't stop it from ordering from them again. I am thinking it had something to do with paying thru Pay Pal and when I added in a tip. Anyway - they had a great selection of stuff and it was a really easy process. They didn't have was my Soy powdered forumula baby that I need though. I didn't know you could contact them if you didn't see something on their site - I will call them today - thanks for the tip! Oh and I was under the impression that you had to be there to get your delivery?!!? I had to pick a "delivery" time and it said I had to be there to receive it....

So did GG raise their deilvery fee? I am just about to place an order right now that I have been working on for a while, and the fee is $12 instead of 10.
