Almost all of the apps I use are cash payouts, but here's a few:
Shopkick: does pay out in Target gift cards. You get shopkicks for having the app open when you walk in a store that gives "walk-in kicks." You can also scan items for additional shopkicks. I've redeemed $55 from them in Target gift cards.
Ibotta: by far the best grocery app in my opinion, gives you cash back on buying items, and a lot of them are generic like coffee, butter, eggs, milk, etc.
SavingStar: same as Ibotta, but usually just brand name items.
Checkout51: same as Ibotta, but does have a once a week offer for a produce item. You can choose from five choices to redeem cash for.
Snap by Groupon: same as Ibotta, but more fringe brands. Not as much success with this one, but usually higher payouts per item when you do get them.
Mobisave: same as Ibotta, but you MUST add the offers you want before you shop to your profile or you will not be reimbursed. I believe it still has a waitlist right now, but it's usually good.
Find&Save: submit receipts from specific stores for cash back. Just started using this one and happy with it so far.
Receipthog: submit receipts for points and cash out for
Amazon gift cards or cash. Takes a while, but works well.
Good luck!
