Grocery Stop Items if room is not ready?

Hi All - I will be using towncar transportation this summer for the first time. We intend to utilize the grocery stop for the usual bottled water, breakfast items and a few snacks. We should be checking in between 12 and 1:00 PM at POP. If our rooms are not ready, I know the hotel will hold our luggage but has anyone had a problem with loose bags from the grocery store?

They had no problem taking our bags. They even put the cold stuff in the fridge. This was a OKW.

Thanks 6xmum! I guess we'll just make sure the bags aren't too full so the handles can be tied together. We won't have any cold items so that won't be an issue for us.

I wondered about this same thing, then got worried about the cold items, and a good friend who is a DVC owner assured me that they will even put milk in the fridge for you. What service!!

Hi!

When we were at POR the bell staff took our food items and stored them in bins in the luggage area, stored our cold items in their fridge and then delivered them to our room when it was ready! A great service!! Thanks Disney!
