Grocery question...

For those that drive and eat in the room, do you buy groceries at home and pack them in the car??? Or make a stop at a grocery store once down there???

I usually bring the staples from home & buy perishables when we get there.

We do both. We pack most of the non-perishables: cereal, pop-tarts, granola bars, etc. Some of it gets eaten on the road as snacks and breakfast when we stop overnite (unless the hotel serves breakfast).

When we get there, we buy the milk, OJ, and other stuff we didn't want to travel with.
