Hi! I wonder, how do you all do on savings? Just about everything I put into my cart is on sale and/or I have a coupon. Yet my savings are only ever between 20 and 30%. Anyone else have this experience?

I usually save about 50%. Some trips I only save about 30% but that usually includes alcohol (wine or beer) and/or non-coupon/sale items like coffee filters. Are you calculating your savings or is your store? The reason I ask is different stores calculate savings different ways (for example Target and Kroger calculate savings very differently).

Not sure about what my exact savings are. I often wonder. I know my costs are way down. I really need to start using cash instead of a debit card at stores so it would be easier to figure.
