Yay! Also thank you for the past few envies! I was so surprised at 2 last week lol! I got lots of good deals this week and I even shared some of the ones that you sent me with a co-worker so she could get some cheap razors at CVS since I had already reached my limit on that deal lol!

Also to all my lovely DIS couponers I HAD to share my awesome drugstore haul for the week. Between CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid...I actually made an $8.25 PROFIT purchasing these products (After EB, RR and +Up and also Rite Aid rebates)

I know any savings is better than nothing. I was just calculating my next Wal-Mart run, and it looks like about 40% savings. Do you know if that is about average?

I generally don't go to Walgreens or CVS, as I can't get there on Sundays, and by Monday or Tuesday they are sold out. I guess I just don't want to hassle with the rain checks.

Don't have a clue. I don't shop at Wal Mart. I've found that they aren't always the cheapest and don't want to take the time to price match. I rarely shop at CVS but find that they keep their sales items in stock better than Walgreens or at least at the one closest to me. But I like shopping at Walgreens better and have found that if you can't make it on Sunday morning, then try later in the week.

40% is good if you are buying you r normal stuff. I save about that much on regular grocery runs. When I do the heavy coupon runs it's more like 80 but I'm not usually buying anything that looks like a normal grocery run. For example 2 weeks ago my Fry's (Kroger) was having the mega sale and with memorial day on the way coke was on sale too . SO I bought coke, BBQ sauce, mustrad , ketchup, pickles and ice cream. Not a normal grocery trip but I saved a ton and now I have condiments to get me through the rest of the year.

CVS has great rain checks. They even add in the Extra Care Bucks! It's so nice to have. They never expire either so you can just pick up those missing items whenever you pop in. I've heard that some CVS stores have the prices up and running on Saturday evening so maybe that would work for you.
