Mudman, I posted this yesterday but I'm guessing from your recent post you didnt see it. I only recieved envies from my sender on Friday, so I had nothing more to send you with last week not having any inserts. Last week being optional I have added those Q's with todays inserts and will mail out in the morning.

Okay, you're right, I didn't see your post...no insert weeks really mess things up don't they!

Hi Debby, I have two envies to go to you tomorrow. I had clipped my paper's and tonight my husband, who's a firefighter, came home with the inserts from the fire stations' paper too. So I put them into a new envelope. Guess he can be an honorary member of the coupon train!!

Sorry~ usnuzuloose. I didn't send last week because it was an optional week and I didn't receive an envie the previous week. Also we went to Disney World! I have your envie ready to mail tomorrow but it is a bit smallish because it only is what I received from my sender this past week and today's paper.

Busy, busy weekend for me. My sister is getting married in 4 weeks so we had her bachelorette/bridal shower ALL weekend. Picked up a paper today on my way home and was happy to see 3 inserts in it. Will work on clipping tomorrow morning. Also, my sender's envie should be here, but my mail was on hold for the weekend so I will be picking it up first thing tomorrow morning. Will work diligently in the morning to put an envie together and get it out from the PO in the afternoon

Yay me!! Just finished going thru the ones from last week yesterday and hit the stores with them today!

At one store:

Bought 8 Old Spice deodorants, 4 Old Spice bodywashes, 1 tube of Colgate toothpaste, 2 Febreze air effects, 4 Oral B pulsar toothbrushes, 3 Rubbermaid easy find containers, 2 reusable bags and 1 pkg of labels

Spent $20.42--Saved $51.51--Not sure what the % is!

Second Store:

Was groceries got 4 bottles Wishbone dressing, 4 Fusion razors, 3 pkgs toilet paper, 4 pkgs Bounty napkins, 2 12pks of Coke plus a bunch of other stuff. Had a total of 47 items.

Spent $71.69--Saved $43.55--Savings of 41%



Now the stockpile I have isn't actually mine. DH is in the Army. We currently have a group that is deployed. So I have been buying items to make into gift baskets for them for when they get home. It's nothing fancy just something they can have in their barracks room when they get back. Shaving cream, razor, body wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush etc.

So that's what the bulk of my couponing is for right now.

So this evening I took a CVS survey, and received a $10 extra buck as a reward...I then looked at the ad the rest of the way, and I must say...I am SUPER excited for the ad this week...LOTS of good buys on stuff we use...and they all have extra bucks too!!! Who knew CVS shopping was so fun

Love this! I have 3 dollars in extra bucks right now. Dosn't seem like much, yet if I use it properly this week and keep on racking up the ECB's I am also going to do very well this week. Very exciting!

Yesterday, I went out to buy 2 newspapers since it was supposed to be a big coupon insert day (SS RP & PG). I looked through the papers quickly to make sure inserts were there and saw some coupons but when I got home, the only inserts were SS - no RP and no PG!

I am so disappointed! I called the paper this morning and they said I could come downtown and buy another paper to get the inserts (the ones that should have been there in the first place). I don't think I want to spend the money on that crummy paper. Any suggestions? I am on the verge of dumpsster diving for them!
