My paper was soaked through
I called and used the automated system (all customer service reps are busy, yeah all the people calling about soaked papers would do that) and I have no idea if I'm getting another paper or not. I have been drying out my coupons since yesterday morning (was going shopping that morning and need some of them for my trip).

I don't know why but we seem to have problems with Lulu2 getting her envies. I don't think it is you, I think somewhere there is a problem. I know a few weeks ago I mailed my envie to my buddy at the time, she lives in MA and her zip starts with a zero. So when it came back to me as "undeliverable" I looked at it and the zero kind of looked like a "6", like it didn't really connect at the top. So I'm thinking the envie went to Missouri or something like that as they start with a 6 (I think). Who knows....maybe I was grasping at straws, but when i sent it out the next time it worked. So frustrating.
