Grocery delivery

Hi all: After a 2.5 year hiatus, I'm making a trip to the House of Mouse this April. I have always wanted to spend Spring break here and now I am!! my Disney BFF and I will be staying at Port Orleans:French Quarter. Now,I want to plan ahead for meals and such. I have used shipt, an online groceries delivery website. I was wondering if Disney allows grocery delivery and if so, what grocery stores have you all used? Thanks!!! Jenai

I have used garden grocer several times but if you search the boards there are several other services. Most deliver to the bell hops and are very easy to have taken to your room when you get to your room.

I have used Garden Grocer and WeGoShop. Both are good.

Also, if you have Amazon Prime you can now use Amazon Prime Now (think thats the name) with a 2 hour delivery window. Not as big of a markup as other companies.

I used Garden Grocer's a few years ago. I know at that time they offered a discount if you ordered your food early.

We used Garden Grocer in May and they gave a discount for ordering online (2 weeks ahead maybe?). They were on time and we were missing an item so they went back and got it for us right away. Good experience, would use them again.

I used prime now a couple weeks ago, and it was fantastic. 12 packs of cokes were only $4.00 and the shipping charge was minimal if you order $25 or more. I ordered a couple 12 packs of cokes, some eggs, milk, cheese, bread and a couple other items and it worked really well. Prices were pretty in-line with normal costs.

Some resorts charge a delivery charge if you order from sites like Amazon.
