Grocery Delivery???

We do not have a costco membership. I did see I could check prices without proving I had a membership. We have a minivan reserved through Budget for a total of $576 for 12 days in June. Costco's best price was $604. I will keep checking. When would we need to show a membership card? Not til we picked up the rental car?

You need to have a membership to book the reservation. I did not have to provide anything when I picked up the car but I did have my Costco card with me just in case. I find the prices around the one month out mark got lower - now it also can be the time of year too and the demand - our reservation was for end of February, so the same rental in June could likely be more expensive. Mini vans are always more expensive the intermediate SUVs though from what I have seen.

To jump on this thread has anyone ever ordered from Amazon Prime to the onsite hotels? We're staying at VGC for the first 3 nights of an 8 night trip and I'm debating ordering a couple of things from there but it's hard for me to even access the page from Canada... My current thought is I might just pack some stuff and that way I'm guaranteed some room for souvies when we come home.

We just got back from our trip. We ordered from Amazon Pantry (I'm a Prime member) and something from Amazon Prime. That meant we had 2 separate boxes. No problems, they were waiting on us when we got there and they delivered them to our rooms. It was $5.99 for a pantry box, which had a 12 pack of sodas, a 12 pack of water, and some snacks. Our Prime delivery was some protein drinks. Will definitely do this again!

Wow. That is a VERY good price for 8 nights. Was that the price with all of the taxes and fees? How did you find that deal?

We flew into SNA last year. Paid $245 for a mid-size SUV (Jeep cherokee, I think.) We picked the car up on a Tuesday. Returned it the following Wednesday. That was including all taxes/fees. We booked through Advantage car rental but I think expedia or orbitz had similar prices. We booked about 6 months in advance so maybe that's why we got a decent deal.
