We are looking at Walmart+ grocery delivery for our arrival day. Does Bell Services reliably refrigerate anything that needs refrigerating? I would hate to order stuff and have it ruined by the time it gets to us. I could also have it delivered later at night when we'll be at the room, but it would be nice to have it waiting for us at check in.

Yes as long as it is packged and labeled appropriately by Walmart or whatever grocery service you are using. No issues with Instacart and Publix earlier this month

We’ve ordered from Garden Grocer for several years and have never had an issue with refrigerated items. Now we don’t order ice cream, but we do order milk, cheese, etc. and they’ve always been fine. For the past few years we’ve typically been at the resort when the food was delivered. But there should be no issues if the items are clearly meant to be refrigerated (like perhaps ask for those items to be bagged separately and easily identifiable).

OK, so I hate to sound stupid but I have never ordered any grocery delivery before and have no idea how it all works. We will be at WL in July, I'd love to order Walmart. Do I just goggle the closest Walmart grocery delivery and just order with the WL address? How early do I have to order for a delivery on check in day? Or do any of you have any other suggestion?

It looks like the closest is Kissimmee Supercenter 2855 N Old Lake Wilson Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34747. 3.8 miles or Kissimmee Supercenter 3250 Vineland Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34746. 4.8 miles.

But I don't know if one is better than the other. I'd like to know that too.

We have used garden grocer many times (ordered eggs, milk , butter) navel had any issues. Bell services brought the bags up, everything was cold/ refrigerated (that needed to be) tge cases of water were room temperature
