Grocery delivery to BRV?

We will be in a studio at Boulder Ridge in January. I'm not sure what all we're want to put in a grocery order. Possibly just a case of bottled water and a couple snacks (like fruit snack and a box of Cheez-its.)

What are our best options for a grocery order if it's just going to be small like that? We won't have a rental car or anything so we'd want it delivered close to when we arrive. (Though I have no clue what time that will be since we'll likely be taking Mears.)

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Side note - I think way back in 2012, we used Garden Grocer but no idea if they are still any good or not.

For that you could use Drizly, they deliver within an hour or two from the liquor store. Just make the order when the plane lands.

We were staying at BRV two weeks ago and used Garden Grocer as we normally do. Our order totaled roughly $100.00 (water, yogurt, lunch meats, bagels, some snack foods, etc.). Their prices are high, but we’ve used them for several years with great service. For a small grocery order though, it might not be your best alternative. We haven’t used other services in Orlando, but I see Walmart and Amazon mentioned frequently here, among others. They deliver within two-hour windows (less frequently, I think, on Sundays). You don’t need to be present and they will text/email you when the food has been delivered to your resort.

I thought about Amazon so I went over there for the heck of it to see what a grocery order would be like. I even typed in the address to the hotel and acted like I was going to place my order. It was giving me a window several hours later and it said to have that window, I needed a $100 minimum order or something like that.

We stayed at Boulder Ridge last month and used Walmart+. We paid an extra ten dollars for express delivery and got our order delivered in about an hour. We met the driver at the main entrance and carried our groceries back to the room ourselves.

Do you have to be a member of Walmart+ to do this? How far in advance did you place the order? And did you pick a specific walmart location to order from?

I just went to Walmart to do a mock order and I'm seeing I don't need Walmart+. I just have to pay $10 delivery fee. It's nice because they typically have the exact products we prefer. Looks like without W+, I will need to order at least 2 days in advance to get the good delivery windows, but that's okay.

Is there a way to add a tip for the delivery person?
For BRV, do I use this address - 901 Timberline Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL?

As long as there’s no alcohol, Bell Services will accept and store it. They’ll refrigerate/freeze items as necessary (most delivery services know to separate them).

If all you want is a case of water, a box of Cheez-Its and some gummies, check the little store that each of the deluxe resorts has.

Sample groceries list (if you want to pre-order) and it doesn't list the case of water, but as I recall, they also sell a small case (like 16-24 bottles) of Dasani water for less than $10.
