Grocery delivery questions

I sat down today with DSIL and DNiece to discuss our trip next month, and we started talking about groceries for the trip. We're using ME so we won't be doing a grocery stop, so I'm planning on ordering online, probably with GardenGrocer, since they seem to be getting great reviews here. Since this will be the first time I will be ordering groceries to be delivered I'm not sure how this will work. We should be arriving a SSR around 12:30 p.m., so the possibility exists that our rooms won't be ready yet. Our plan is to check in, then whether the rooms are ready or not, hit the park, and if they're not, run back mid afternoon to get our stuff in the room. Would it be best if I schedule the groceries to be delivered late afternoon? I've read some posts about having the groceries left with bell services, but then how would I get the tip to the delivery person? If I have them delivered late in the afternoon, will there be a wide window of time for the delivery, which will mean me sitting in the room, cooling my heels, feeling left out of the fun the rest of the group is having? Or do they give you a specific time, and are they close to getting there on time? Thanks so much in advance for any and all help you can provide? Oh, one last thing, how far in advance do you have to order?

I am not sure about the other one, but I used Wegoshop on last July trip.

All I had to do was just call them when the room is ready. They gave me their contact information to call when the room is ready. When I called them, they came within 30 minutes (since he was in OKW to make a delivery). They brought the groceries to my unit and unpacked and put them away for me. Worked great and will be using again in June trip.

I also heard that Bell Service can hold the groceries for you (and I believe Bell Service has a refrigerator) if you arranged the payment in advance.

We used GardenGrocer.com last month. Ordered about two weeks before arrival. Did it all online. We arrived about 1:00 and also used DME. We also had dinner reservations that night so we just had them to be delivered around 6:00 p.m. Brian didn't make it by the time we had to go to dinner. We called and he said he would be there within the hour and would leave them with bell services. He did. We picked them up after dinner. It was great. We did however order more than we ate and drank. Was able to give some it away before we left. Have a great time.
