Grocery delivery & Owners Locker to BLT

We haven’t stayed at BLT since 2012 (we typically stay at BWV where we own). Where would we find Bell Services to pick up/have delivered our Owners Locker & an Instacart delivery. I’m so used to having Bell Services at BWV handle things for us. Last stay at BLT I remember having to check in at Contemporary-is that still the procedure? Thanks for any help!

I’m pretty sure BLT has its own checkin desk and Bell Services now, but they may not be open 24 hours, like VGF.

AFAIK, the front desk at BLT is only open from 6 or 7 am until 10 pm (like at VGF). Bell Services operates 24/7, but with fewer CMs during the overnight hours. After 10 pm, there may or may not be a bell services CM at BLT (but will be some at the CR which will go to BLT when needed).

I actually find the BLT reception area the “best” for conveniently dropping by the bell station to ask them to deliver my owner’s locker. There is almost never a wait, and it’s right inside the doors -so it’s not out of the way at all. They’ve been pretty speedy too!

Just for a visual- there are 3 desks in the small lobby: the checkin desk is straight ahead, the bell stand is to the right, & the guest services/concierge desk is to the left. Super simple
