Grocery delivery a day early?

we arrive thanksgiving day for our November trip. I typically arrange delivery via garden grocer for arrival day. They are not delivering thanksgiving day. Are we able to have it delivered a day early and have bell services hold it overnight? Or are we stuck having it delivered the next day (Friday)?

On our October trip Garden Grocer delivered to BC Bell Services at 4:30 PM The afternoon before we arrived. Bell Services will hold a delivery for 24 hours.

Thanks for the info. This should work perfectly. We will have a large group and my one sister will Need a few baby items straight away.
