Grocery Deliver during Reopening

Hello all,

I typically solely rely on WDW for my food, but for my August trip I was thinking of getting some simple groceries and maybe a bottle or two of wine delivered. I know many of you set up grocery deliveries for your trips.

Who do you recommend? And are you using them this summer?

I am just not sure WDW will allow deliveries is August.

In normal times anyway, we’ve used (and been happy with) both Garden Grocer and Amazon Prime Now. They were both super easy and convenient.

Sorry that I can’t provide current/recent anecdotal information - hopefully others can chime in with that piece!

I know Instacart is delivering around us (in PA). I'd imagine they are delivering in FL too, but you have to book them in advance. Around here all time slots fill quickly.

Dizzy Dolphin is a local family owned business that is beyond amazing, I’ve been using grocery delivery for years since we bought DVC. I’ve used them all, and Dizzy Dolphin is head and shoulders above the rest. They are wonderful and their customer service is bar none.

Had Walmart delivery to our room at OKW last week with no problems. They deliver wine and beer now, but you have to be present for delivery with ID.

You have to also be in your room for Bell Services to deliver anything. May have to be there for delivery at the entrance, then have Bell Services meet you in a few minutes with your luggage cart of food if you are staying somewhere like BWV that is more hotel like. Rules seem to change constantly now though. On arrival, OKW had to wait for us to walk or take bus to our room and be there to have our luggage delivered, or just walk with our luggage from DME. Today, they were allowed to drive us on the long golf cart from our room with our luggage to the Hospitality House for DME home.
